Leave M55 at First Roundabout taking sign for Lytham St Annes. At next
Roundabout again
follow sign for Lytham St Annes. First set of lights, straight across.
At second set of lights
take B5261 which goes all the way to Lytham, via Church Road. On Church

Lowther Gardens on your right (opposite Lytham Cricket Ground).
